MEMBERS of the Horsfield Community Association, Colne, are gearing up for a Christmas cracker of a weekend.
A party for senior citizens will take place at the Byron Road social centre on Friday starting at 2pm.
There will be music by the Pensionaires, refreshments including jam and cream scones, free raffle and prize bingo. The event is free to local pensioners.
The group's Christmas fair will take place on Sunday from 11am to 2pm. There will be various stalls and competitions, refreshments and a visit by Father Christmas.
The following Saturday, December 15, there will be a kids' disco starting at 7pm, with entertainment by the Kids for Kids group, buffet and games.
