A DARWEN man has admitted threatening to kill his wife.
Sentence on Aledwyn Jones was adjourned for background reports to be prepared.
The 43-year-old of Richmond Terrace, pleaded guilty to making a threat to kill his wife Anna Jones on August 9.
He also admitted a further offence of affray, involving his use or threat of unlawful violence towards her on that date.
The case was put back to January 28 by a judge at Preston Crown Court for pre-sentence and psychiatric reports. Jones was remanded in custody.
