WALKERS are invited to take part in a guided walk this Christmas followed by a festive get-together.
The walk, which has been organised by Blackburn with Darwen's Sports Development and Countryside Services, starts from the main gates at Darwen's Bold Venture Park at 1pm on December 18.
There will be a short walk then a chance to socialise and enjoy some Christmas snacks. Everyone is welcome and the pace is described as easy to moderate. Strong footwear and protective clothing is advised.
