SO, following years of expensive 'study' and numerous trips to Australia by lots of senior officers, the police are to import something called 'zero tolerance' traffic control measures from that country.
Am I alone in noticing the irony of this action? With apologies to a few Aborigines, but wasn't it a 'zero tolerance' initiative on our behalf that was responsible for populating that flippin' country in the first place?
