LANCASTER City have a painful reminder of their FA cup misfortune on Saturday, when they will be able to take a day off instead of facing Darlington.
However, they get back into action next Tuesday night when the Dolly Blues take on old rivals Bamber Bridge on Tuesday.
The Blues will also be looking for a slightly longer FA Trophy run this season, though they face their fourth game of the season against Vauxhall Motors on January 12 in the third round.
