SANTA Claus has ditched his traditional sleigh in Accrington this year and is using public transport to deliver presents instead.
Every year, M&M buses decorate their coaches to liven up passengers' journeys, but this year M&M bus manager Bob Tufnell has turned one coach into Santa's grotto.
Bob, 48, said: "This is a normal bus working a normal route. All the drivers decorate their buses, but not as much as this. But all the decorations are driver-safe, there are no balloons that can pop and put off a driver."
Bob's bus is filled with tinsel and colourful decorations and playing on the radio are Christmas carols.
The bus company will also be collecting gifts for underprivileged children and dishing them out from their Christmas buses. Anybody who knows of a special youngster who deserves an extra present can give their name and address to any M&M bus driver.
