A REUNION for former customers of the now demolished Horse Shoe Inn, Blackburn Road is to be held on December 22.
Former licensee Jim Shorrock who ran the Darwen pub said he had been approached by many old customers asking for a 'get together.'
The Horse Shoe Inn was closed in October 1992 and was demolished in 1995 to make way for the M65 extension.
The reunion party will be held at the Akzo Nobel Club on Anchor Road at 8pm. Tickets cost £3 which includes a disco and supper and are available from Jim on 01254 602613 until December 15.
