BLACKBURN Rovers are discussing personal terms with Andy Cole as it looks as if Ewood boss Graeme Souness looks set to be finally getting his man.
Rovers officials yesterday made further progress in their bid to land the 30-year-old hit man following further talks with their United counterparts.
But no fee has yet been declared but Souness has said he is keen to sign the England player and sees him as the goal scorer the team need.
