A HOLISTIC centre is urging people who have attempted to contact them to try again, after they discovered their phone had been faulty for at least three months.
Staff at the Raphael Holistic Centre, in Darwen town centre, first became aware of the problem when customers complained they couldn't get through.
"Our regulars were ringing us up on our mobiles," said Dorothy Bolan, from the centre.
"We know the problem goes back as far as October, but it could be even longer.
"We have taken out a lot of adverts and publicity and we are worried people have given up because they haven't been able to get through.
"We would urge people to try again."
