RESIDENTS near Bold Venture Park in Darwen are reminded of a park supporters' group meeting next week.
The supporters' group formed last year and aims to make the park a more pleasant place to visit and live near.
The group has already arranged for bushes to be cut around the park to deter gangs from gathering there.
Committee member Lorraine Julien said that anyone interested in joining the group was welcome to the meeting on February 21 at 7.30pm at Holy Trinity School, Bank Top.
