THREE groups have benefited from fund raising by the Tyldesley Royal Antedeluvian Order of Buffaloes.
And last week in the Castle Street club Bro Philip Smallman, the Provincial Grand Primo for Millennium year, presented cheques for £125 each to the 1st Astley Scouts and Guides, the 5th Tyldesley and Atherton Scouts and Guides and Tyldesley Prize Band.
The cash was raised through the lodge and bucket collections from pubs and clubs.
New members are welcome to join the ancient order which meets on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday after 7.30pm in the club.
