A PENSIONER who died after drinking bubble bath died accidentally, an inquest found.
A verdict of accidental death was recorded by Fylde coroner Samuel Lee on Ada Yates, 92, of Hedges House Rest Home, Church Road, Lytham.
An inquest was held after she died after drinking Radox bubble bath on Boxing Day, 2001.
She was found to be having difficulty breathing by home staff, and was taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital where she died shortly before noon.
