LIPREADING is a vital aid for anyone with a hearing loss. Even with a hearing aid, you will understand conversations in many situations more clearly if you can lipread.
Classes yesterday at Holker House Adult Education Centre, Railway Road, Darwen, from 10am to noon and will run for 15 weeks.
As well as learning lipreading, you will be taught some self-help techniques, about your hearing aid and other equipment that may help you to cope.
