I READ with dismay the remarks about Blackburn Rovers in Sport Letters (LET, February 13).

Why do so-called fans slag off our team time and time again? Do they think it is their right to moan all the time, or is it just our fans?

If it isn't about a bad signing, then it's our performances or team selection. It is the same where I sit at Ewood -- everyone knows what to do, everyone knows how to do it.

The truth is, the people in the stands don't know what to do or how to do it and if they did, they would be on the vast money the players and manager are on.

We all knew it would be tough this year to stay in the Premiership. So let's stop moaning about everything and start truly supporting our team.

We are still in a position to pull ourselves out of the bottom three and we have a good squad of players. Also with people like Andy Cole and Tugay (Rovers player of the year), we should be confident.

Also lay off Steve Cummings. How is it, when he has a stab at Blackburn there is an outcry? However, there isn't even a squeak about most of the letters on this page.

He's a Burnley fan -- that's what he's supposed to do. We are supposed to be having a go about Burnley, not Rovers.
