SO how do you get the Gibraltarians to vote for full sovereignty with Spain?
Well, you give Spain dual sovereignty rights and then you create economic conditions that make staying British impossible. End of story. End of British sovereignty. End of British citizenship.
This is why the Gibraltarians are getting no say on dual sovereignty, because, without it, Britain can't simply withdraw.
That would mean Spanish invasion. Goodbye, Gibraltar. Sorry.
