BELGIAN press reports suggest Rovers are planning to table a bid for Anderlecht defender Lamine Traore.
The 19 year-old Burkina Faso international has rarely featured for Anderlecht's first team, but his performances in last month's African Nation's Cup attracted interest.
But Williams dismissed the talk as he said: "Once we have tied up the deal for Hakan Unsal we will have brought in two more players and, while we never close the door, that could be that for a while.
"Graeme has got the squad he wants and we will go on from there."
With just three days to go until the big day in the Millennium Stadium Rovers are close to selling their full allocation of 30,000 tickets with the last ones expecting to be gone by tonight.
