POLICE are continuing an investigation into an accident which left a 19-year-old youth in intensive care for nearly two weeks.

Andrew McMinn, of Blake Gardens, Great Harwood, was a passenger in an Isuzu Trooper which left the road on a left-hand bend and collided with a stone wall three weeks ago.

Last week he was transferred from the intensive care unit at Blackburn Royal Infirmary to a ward at Queen's Park Hospital where his condition is now described as stable.
