ATHERTON Probus Club members will hear a talk on old mine workings by Jack Barnett at the next meeting on February 28 in the Jubilee Hall.
At the last meeting Mrs Gilbertson gave a talk on the 13th century Mappa Mundi, the oldest surviving medieval map from England which is kept in Hereford Cathedral.
