RAMSBOTTOM have signed Congleton forward Carl Lomax and the 21-year-old could go straight into the side for tomorrow's game at bottom club Flixton in NWCL Division One.
Carl Lewis has also signed from Colwyn Bay.
Ramsbottom hope to continue a run of four wins in their last six games against Flixton, who have conceded a staggering 86 league goals this season.
Meanwhile striker Russell Brierley needs one more goal to hit 30 for the season.
