I HAVE been on the housing waiting list for 16 years and have had only one offer in all that time.
That was last year when, because I am in a wheelchair, I was offered a bungalow. Now I am told the bungalows are not suitable for a wheelchair.
This simply is not fair to people like me. In this day and age it is about time more was being done by councils to help wheelchair-users.
