COULD I inform David Kemp of Hampshire Close, Bury (Your Letters, Feb 1) that I am also a resident of this area and that I take more than two bags with me when I walk my two dogs.
Also, may I point out that if Mr Kemp does exercise his dogs on Lower Gigg then he is breaking the law and there is usually a sign there pointing this out (though it has been temporarily removed, along with some fencing).
As for litter, yes it does happen but it is just the same on Goshen playing field every weekend and it is not all down to children.
