WINNING the Worthington Cup has restored Rovers confidence enough for them to not only utterly defeat Aston Villa but to have them competing equally for a result with anyone they have left to play.
The entry into the UEFA Cup and Graeme Souness' own international career means Rovers can now attract world-class players and Mr Souness has started to build quality into a bigger squad, with a healthy competition for places.
