WITH regard to the poor woman who was attacked in Blackburn town centre (LET, March 4), the scum who did this should be jailed for a very long time. This kind of behaviour is now the norm in the town centre, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
Young people are brawling in the streets. We need more police and the public have got to start pulling together.
