rIF Leigh MP Andy Burnham is concerned about gangs of young yobs causing hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of damage to schools, golf courses, bus shelters and terrifying old people and neighbourhoods so they can't come out at night, it would help if he could get the council to put wardens on the troubled estates and build sports activity.
There are plenty of open fields on the Hag Fold estate for this to be done. A skateboarding rink like the one in Higher Ince would be ideal. Let's see something done before the long summer holidays and save thousands on damage and police time.
