WITH the refurbishment of Church Street in Blackburn coming to an end, the focus now switches to the renovation of Fleming Square.
All I hear is of the splendour of the square.
But Fleming Square always was and still is only a means of getting from Darwen Street to Mincing Lane as a short cut.
