RESIDENTS in Halton will be given the chance to say how they would like to see the village develop at a special exhibition this weekend.
The exhibition has been set up with a view to producing a Village Design Statement, which will ensure future developments are built with sensitivity and in keeping with the local environment.
The move follows the granting of outline planning permission for a mixed use development along the riverside which residents fear will threaten the character of the village.
The exhibition will be at the Community Centre from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and from 1pm to 4pm on Sunday.
