WHAT a wonderful idea of Margo Grimshaw's to bring more trade into Blackburn by restoring the old cloth hall and converting it into quality shops overlooking Fleming Square in the new Exchange Arcade.
With the Cathedral area now taking shape it will be a brilliant addition to the area, as long as the council supports her ideas.
It is time someone thought about trying to make Blackburn a better shopping town -- well done Margo.
