The situation in India has deteriorated but I feel we here in Britain can learn a valuable lesson about happenings elsewhere in the world.
I like many Indian people have family abroad and was horrified to see my country descend into chaos. India has had to to endure so much over it's young life but I feel it will battle through again.
Neighbour killing neighbour and the waste of life has been catastrophic and those politicians involved in staging this mass murder should be brought to justice so that this never happens again.
The law-enforcers also need to be held accountable for letting the situation get so desperate in the region.
We must hope and pray as a community in Britain that we do not allow our differences descend into mindless violence.
In your Asian Image March Issue there was one person who said there were 'more problems facing the Asian community as one and to start to targeting each other because of our religion would be counter-productive'.
I feel this is very true because there are still members of the non-Asian community who feel no matter what we are still second rate citizens.
