YATES' group has reversed declining food sales by re-introducing a traditional menu -- and staff at Burnley's Yates' Wine Lodge say it is better than ever.
Leigh Coldicutt, shift manager at Yates Wine Lodge, Parker Lane, said: "This new menu is really popular and a lot better than the old one.
"There is a lot more variety with nibbles and vegetarian meals.
"It is just more food that people want to eat."
The company is now spending thousands of pounds revamping its bars to create a new look hoping to encourage lunch-time diners.
