AN evening of music and laughter is coming up at Darwen Library Theatre.
The Hat Stand Opera group is bringing its 'Golden Moments From Opera' show to town on Saturday from 7.30pm.
Professional singers and a pianist will present hilarious scenes and heart-rending arias from the world's favourite operas.
The cast changes costume regularly to maintain a fast pace and keep the laughter flowing.
This is the latest in a series of spring shows at the newly refurbished venue, which is proving a hit with theatre-goers.
