TWO women conned their way into the home of an elderly lady and stole £50 after telling her they were collecting jumble.
They struck at the woman's home near Whalley Road in Billington.
The first woman was white, in her 40s, 5ft, with brown shoulder-length hair and was wearing a pale blue three-quarter-length coat.
The second female was in her early 20s, around 5ft 6in, with dark brown shoulder-length hair. She had a local accent.
