YOUNG boxers are preparing for a sponsored 20-round spar to raise money for their club.
Darwen Boxing Club is staging the event on Saturday morning at the Sierra Mill Centre, in Whitehall Street.
Money raised will pay for new equipment, while organisers also hope the event will encourage more people to get involved with the club.
