A man leapt to his death from the top floor of the Albert Road car park at around 6.50pm on Wednesday.
Officers and paramedics arrived within minutes but the man, who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene on May 1.
He is believed to be between 18 and 20 years old.
Police are continuing their enquiries in order to inform his next of kin.
There are no suspicious circumstances.
