THERE will be something for all ages when Darweners stage their Golden Jubilee celebrations.
For the youngsters, a day of Commonwealth fun is planned at Darwen Library, Knott Street.
The event, for children aged seven to 12, takes place on Friday, June 7 between 10.30am and 11.30am.

A Golden Jubilee street party will be staged outside Darwen Community Centre, Knott Street, on Monday, June 10.
The centre's seniors' group and the Bank Top Community Centre seniors from Blackburn will enjoy a lunch and entertainment together.
