I READ that the council is to stop people parking outside certain schools in an effort to stop traffic hold-ups. However, it appears that Woodbank School on Brandlesholme Road, Bury, is not on the list of proposed restrictions and I cannot understand why.
The council has just put cycle lanes on Brandlesholme Road but between 8.30 and 9.30am parents dropping their children off park in the cycle lane outside the school and also outside the Bury Boot and Shoe Company.
I hope something will be done to stop this before an accident occurs.
