A FATHER who slapped his 12 year old daughter's backside and legs beause he discovered she was sleeping with a 26-years-old man has been done for common assault.
The 38-years-old father of three was given a 12 months community rehabilitation order and warned by the judge that any breach could mean jail.
Ludicrous. Both should have been given a good hiding.
