ROSSENDALE VALLEY FC are holding trials on Wednesday nights to all children in the Haslingden area.
Thanks to a Lottery grant, the club has been able to buy new equipment, balls, training tops and nets to upgrade the levels of coaching.
And as a condition of the grant, the club must provide opportunities for children in the area to play football.
Rossendale Valley managers at Under 13, 12 and 10 will be present and boys and girls are welcome to take part.
The Under 14s, Under 12s and Under 11s play in Sunday leagues and the Under 13s play in a Saturday league. Trials began last week but continue for the next five weeks.
Ring Steve Haworth on 01706 223984 after 6pm to book a place at the trials, which take place on St Peter's field.
