A MAN charged after the discovery of a mother-of-two's body at her home in Accrington has made a brief appearance at Preston Crown Court.
David Osbaldeston, 29, of Prospect Street, Great Harwood, is accused of murdering 51-year-old Christine Moore, who lived in Emma Street.
He was remanded in custody to await a plea and directions hearing on August 21.
