A PHANTOM peacock which has for weeks roamed free and without capture through the streets of Ramsbottom has been spotted again in the Brandlesholme area.
The colourful bird was seen in the rear garden of a house in Brandlesholme Road, Brandlesholme, and in the gardens of other nearby homes.
One homeowner alerted police to the elusive peacock's presence at 4pm on Wednesday (June 12). The bird has once again vanished.
