SO, the police are considering prosecuting innocent, absent-minded motorists who leave their keys in an unattended car, which is then stolen and used to commit crimes (Bury Times, May 17).
What a pity that they don't pursue with the same zeal those motorists committing the offence of driving in good weather conditions with their fog lights on. I am sure I am not alone in having been dazzled by the high intensity rear lights on such cars.
