REGARDING Joe Beardsworth's remark about Blackburn not having a decent bookshop (Letters, June 26), we, the staff of Bookland (formerly Seed and Gabbutt), on Ainsworth Street, would like to point out that we have been on this site for six years and have been offering a wide selection of books and maps during this time.
Any item not in stock can be ordered, usually arriving within a short time. If this does not constitute 'decent,' what on earth does?
