SOON, Blackburn transport is going to put five new 90-seater, 14-tonne buses into service, on routes between Accrington, Blackburn and Darwen.
Coming from Darwen the buses should be quite all right -- until they get to the Mincing Lane/Mill Lane junction in Blackburn.
The road there has already been reduced in width by half and it is obvious to me that when they try to do a right turn they will not make it if the situation is as it is at present.
Is forward-planning non-existent, since no-one seems alert to this problem?
