AN old karate style will be resurrected tonight when it is taught at the opening of the Amayokai club in Clitheroe.
The instructor is Diane Pate, who has been a black belt in the Amayo style for 16 years.
Juniors aged five-16 are welcome from 6.30pm to 8pm and the seniors of 16-plus are taught from 8pm until 9.30pm, at the United Reform Church, Clitheroe.
Diane said: "When I learned the Amayo style there was a club in Whalley where I learned it and one or two in London, but now we can't find any clubs."
