BROTHERS Chris and James Rusius were on form in Pendle's Northern Inter Cup Match at Oldham.
Chris set PBs in the 3,000 metres steeplechase, long jump and high jump while James set a new mark in the 110m hurdles.
Unfortunately their efforts just failed to carry the team into the next round as Bolton snatched the second qualifying spot at the death.
The women were sixth of eight teams with the star performance a new club record of 10.16m in the triple jump by Sam White.
