COLNE have lost top striker George Craddock to Chorley.

The 21-year-old was the star last season with 17 goals for the North West Counties League Division Two side.

"He is training with Chorley, we are sorry to lose him but we wish him all the best because he is stepping up two leagues," said Holt House boss John Lister.

But Colne have signed a couple of former Magpie youngsters in return, snapping up left back Tom Currie and striker Carl Burton.

They have also signed Lee Barrett, a forward who has been released from Burnley FC's School of Excellence and Steve Tomlinson from local football.
