TONY Blair is a bit late in finding out what the people of Bury have known for years, that extra tutoring is a good thing.
We have a tutoring centre in Bury, attended by up to 200 children a week, whose parents are all realising the value of tutoring. It is no longer "kitchen table"; it is professional, with only qualified teachers operating in a fully-equipped learning environment.
