CAN anyone offer elderly Charlie a caring home for the rest of his days?
Charlie is a 12-year-old neutered Jack Russell terrier cross who was taken to the RSPCA at Altham after his owner became ill and could no longer look after him.
Staff say he would probably be best suited to an older couple. He needs a home with no other pets and no young children, enjoysshort walks and could give his new owners hours of fun and love for several years to come. Contact the RSPCA on 01254 231118 for more information.
