ST BARTHOLOMEW'S Church, Tosside, is closely involved with a £340,000 project to replace the existing Tosside Institute with a new building, offering much improved facilities.
The church hopes to provide two representatives for the Tosside Community Link organisation, which will consist of members of various local groups.
There will be a Link organisation's executive committee which will also consist of members from all the community groups, including the church. With two members of St Bartholomew's PCC working with the Link, the church will have a direct interest in the future of the village hall and its operation.
