MANCHESTER Dogs' Home is looking for a home for for one of its favourite dogs - Dorothy or Little Dorrit.

She is a brindle Staffordshire Bullterrier, approximately eight years old.

She was picked up from Rochdale Police on the 5th June 2002.

She may have been abandoned because she had a mammary tumour on her teats and possibly her owner could not afford to have her treated.

Since being admitted to the home, she has been operated on by the Dogs' Home vet to remove her tumour and has made a wonderful recovery.

She can now be rehomed.

Dorothy has a very friendly and loving nature, she relishes TLC, she is also very good with other dogs, so could be rehomed with an owner who already has a dog.

If you can offer Dorothy a home, please get in touch with Manchester Dogs' Home in Harpurhey.

Our kennels are open 7 days a week - Monday - Saturday 1.00pm - 5.00pm or 1.00pm - 4.00pm on Sundays.
