MODEL Heidi Cliff is hoping her career switches into the fast lane after reaching the final lap of the Rally XS Pirelli Girl competition.
The 19-year-old Marton girl, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Lee Van Cliff, was placed on a shortlist chosen from hundreds of entries in a national newspaper competition. A panel of judges selected the six finalists after interviewing 23 girls selected.
Heidi, a former Greenlands High School girl, is hoping to kickstart her career when the winner is announced in September.
Apart from the title, Heidi stands to win a ride in a world rally car, the opportunity to appear on Channel 4's Rally Show and a visit to the San Remo Rally.
